Exchange and Return Policy
You have up to 7 (seven) business days, from the date of receipt of your order, to request the return or exchange of products purchased in our store.
If you wish to exchange or return any product, you must do so following the conditions, procedures and other rules established in this Policy.
Conditions for exchange or return
I. Parts will only be accepted if they are returned:
- Unused, unstained and in perfect condition;
- No alterations made by the customer (adjustments, hem, darts, etc.);
- With original label attached;
- In the original packaging and with the invoice issued by Limonada Pink.
II. Exchanges may be made for identical products (different color and/or size) or any other item available in stock, as long as it has the same value as the returned item. If there is a price difference, the customer must pay the additional amount.
III. Exchanges will not be made for products with a lower price than the returned item, and no purchase voucher will be issued.
IV. The value for exchanging the product will be the same as that paid by the consumer at the time of purchase, even if it is on sale or has undergone any increase in its value.
Products purchased on sale
I. We do not exchange products purchased on sale.
Procedures for exchange or return
I. To make an exchange or return, the customer must contact us via WhatsApp (44) 98823-4261 or by phone (44) 3346-9254.
II. After the first contact, the customer will be sent a free postage code so that the product can be returned.
III. The product, with its label and all its components and accessories, must be sent in its original packaging, accompanied by the invoice issued by Limonada Pink.
IV. After the product arrives at our warehouse, an analysis will be carried out which may take up to 7 (seven) days.
V. After the review is complete and if approved, the new order will be shipped if it is an exchange. If it is a return, the amount paid will be refunded.
VI. If the returned product does not meet all the criteria established in this Policy, the exchange or return will not be accepted and the item will be automatically sent back to the original address.
Refunds
I. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- For purchases made with a credit card, the refund will be made on subsequent invoices, in accordance with the deadline and procedures of the card administrator.
- Purchases made using Pix will have their value refunded upon confirmation of the bank's information, the Pix key, and the name and CPF number of the account holder.
This Policy does not affect your legal rights established in the Consumer Protection Code.
